The bathroom currently has an RV style toilet as it uses less water and does not have the same problem of freezing in the winter like a conventional toilet. Cabin owners have been known to replace them with a conventional toilet. Cabin will come mostly furnished complete with a nice recliner and a LaZboy hide-a-bed. There are no electric lines to get in the way of your view as the lines are buried underground. I think you will fall in love with this one, if you haven't done so already. Cabin is on Forest Service leased land. There is a yearly lease fee. There is no short or long term renting allowed and these will need to be cash sales.
